What We’re Looking For 5+ years of leadership or people management experience Strong operational and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High integrity, reliability, and accountability Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Excited by growth and motivated by ownership and responsibility Pet industry experience is a plus, but not required Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (we’re open 365 days a year) What You’ll Do Hire, train, and develop a team of approximately 12 full- and part-time employees Create a strong team culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and care Own scheduling, labor management, and daily operations Deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and well-run facility Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and facility upkeep Build relationships within the Dallas community through outreach and local partnerships Work closely with leadership on operational improvements and company growth initiatives Compensation & Benefits Target compensation of approximately $65,000 annually, including performance-based bonus incentives Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Location: Dallas, TX Keywords: dog hotel, pet resort, dog boarding, dog daycare, kennel manager, animal care, pet services, operations manager, hospitality manager, veterinary technician, vet tech, dog trainer, dog groomer, pet hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr Yardstick
